Tipper Wagon Services
Ruttle Plant own and operate the largest fleet of Tipper Wagons in the North West of England, available to hire on a daily basis, or provide for small or large removal of surplus spoil from site, or the delivery of re-cycled aggregates.
Work is allocated and controlled from our offices, using tracking and mapping systems, with constant radio contact, ensuring rapid response and efficient service.
With the recent investment into the new Modular Washing Plant, coupled with the Waste
Transfer Station and crushing and screening plants, Ruttle are constantly looking at ways we can improve our service, minimising costs to clients and remaining competitive whilst trying to reduce impact on the environment.
Regularly investing in new transport, our fleet of wagons, Hiab’s and low loaders are the best available, Ruttle have a specialist heavy haulage capacity, ranging from 32t to 150t, with both rigid and articulated combinations available.

General and Heavy Haulage Services
Ruttle Plant offer a specialist heavy haulage service with a vehicle and trailer fleet providing both rigid and articulated combinations covering 32ton up to 150ton gross weight. Three and four axle step frames and low beds which are capable of both extending and rear steering.
Our Hiab Wagons and Crane Lorries can move cabins and other static items. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and our attention to detail. We are ready to handle the loads that others turn away, such as those on difficult terrain or hard to reach locations. All our cranes are fully remote control.
It doesn’t matter what size your piece of equipment is, we can get it there for you. We have the capability and expertise to move anything from a mini digger to the largest excavator as well as everything in between. We can provide transport of single or multiple pieces as well as making multiple pickup and deliveries.
Abnormal & Oversized Loads
Abnormal loads are our speciality. We can arrange site surveys, route planning, permits, all necessary notifications, road closures and escort vehicles. We will liaise with police and authorities for wide and long loads.
This combined with our specialist team means that we can provide a complete package from start to finish as part of our heavy haulage service.
Both escort and lorry drivers are in constant communication with each other via CB Radio. This ensures that we transport your equipment with the utmost care and safety.
We pride ourselves on being able to take the most difficult of loads to the most awkward of sites. We are always looking for return loads throughout the UK, to develop cost-effective solutions to meet our customers heavy haulage need
